Hangover recipe...

To avoid hangovers, stay drunk.  Ha ha!  No, seriously.  Other people recommended Sprite, but didn't work for me.  'til finally my friend said lots of water.  "Didn't you watch A Beautiful Mind?". Lolz!

Best Hangover kicker is Menudo, hell even when ever I feel even remotely of a flue coming on I find a traditional Mexican Restaurant and get a big bowl.  It is the best hangover kicker and works great for when ever your body needs help.

Matol's Km 'supplement' was something I used when I raced mountain bikes.  It was sold as a potassium supplement because it was made in Canada and there was all the FDA crap in the 90s surrounding regulating herbal concoctions as drugs.  I took it because it made recovery time negligible.

So, it's an herbal elixir that a botanist put together.

Legend has it that his son was a heavy drinker and outdoorsman.  One morning, his friends came over after a night of drinking to go mountaineering and they were hung over, but the botanist's son was fit and alert, with no signs of alcohol poisoning.  They asked him WTF? and he showed them dad's tonic.  Just took it before and after the pub and voila'...

I liked the stuff - tasted very 'minerally', but not unpleasant.  It was super cheap in the 90s as supplements go - $14/bottle and it would last a month or so.  There was a juice bar/restaurant here in Seattle called 'Gravity Bar' and I could get it there or at another place downtown I frequented as a bike messenger.

Hydration before and after a serious evening of imbibing followed by a bong hit or two the following morning works well too! Rolling on the floor laughing

Certainly far less destructive of brain cells!  No hangover at all.
