There's been a rather crazy shitstorm over him being accused of murdering and raping a girl (And some lunatics claiming he ate the body), and uh, I really have no idea how this got by my radar.
Do you think he was involved? I'm surprised this didn't come up until now, but between people claiming he was involved in a pagan ritual and that he did it/didn't do it, it's kinda hard to get the facts straight.

Glenn Beck is coming to Seattle to participate or cover the event at Safeco field. Any of you Seattle people plan on attend this gathering?

I heard this morning on the radio that there is to be a "tea party/townhall meeting at Safeco field this month. Glen Beck will be there and then off to Mt. Vernon to accept the "key to the city" from its mayor. He grew up there apparently and is being recognized as a local kid who makes something of his life.
I would think this would be an interesting venue and gathering to take in if you are living in the area.
I'm twelve miles from Mount Vernon - fun! I think I'll leave Safeco for the loonies - no one in their right mind would go to that bottle-neck in town.

There's a lot of river activity in this area - three large rivers coming into the sound - Snohomish, Stillaguamish, and Skagit. Fertile ground. There are farms out here that they had to build roads to, because the farmhouse was here first. I'm kind of in heaven, what with the access to local produce. The apple tree in my yard is about to keel over with the bounty - a wet spring followed by a warm, dry summer makes for great tree fruit and berries - all good. My poop was blue from all the berries, folks - it's a fine time to be a raw food eater! I can also tell that fall is here, because the change in the air happened overnight and the birds started flying south. Anticipating a cold winter, though - gotta stock up on sweaters and whale oil 
I'll check out the Beck shindig - be your roving reporter on the scene and issue my editorial afterward...

I am well acquainted with your neighborhood. Great area and outstanding fertile ground for farming. So did you plant a garden this summer?
