What I find scary, is that I was actually in agreement with Al Franken when he was in whatever group he is in talking about the warrantless wiretapping. I never thought I would actually take him seriously to the point of agreeing with him.
(thought of this because he made a point to say he wasn't a lawyer, just had the Constitution)

If that were my kid who did that, I'd probably hold him and let her give him a few whacks with her cane. After she was done, I'd take the cane from her and whack him a few times after that. Then I'd make him work for her for a few days free of charge.
