This idiot is actually writing and voting to pass laws Shocked

I'm thinking we need to have a Constitutional Amendment that requires all those who run for office must pass a test to prove that they've even read the Constitution.

Please show me where the so called "Good and Welfare Clause" is eh? Frustrated
