Ok..when this movie came out, it wasn't mainstream because this type of zombie movie wasn't big yet. But it's one of my favorites. When Day of the Dead and Dawn of the Dead came out, I went out and saw them right away.
I do love my Zombie flicks, I know it's sacralidge but I just never got into "Night of the Living Dead". Now Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead, Land of the Dead, etc. are all great flicks but I just never got into the original. Now Zombieland which is due out here soon looks like a hoot, not gonna miss that.
If you're looking for a great Zombie flick I highly recommend two, "Fido" and "Dead and Breakfast". Both of them are a pure kick in the ass!
It's a legit classic that's for sure. I never was big on zombie movies but I did enjoy this one. You know, that movie only cost a few tens of thousands to make, but it raked in millions upon millions. Just goes to show that all you need to make it in life is a damn good movie.
I remember that movie very well. It scars out the hell out of me when I was a kid.
I think that I will be watching Zombieland especially because they are fighting the zombies. Fro me, that is very cool.
There is this terrible Zombie movie called Zombie Vs Werewolves rented it one rainy afternoon and man it was so bad that it was downright funny. I like Zombie movies, I like watching how the extras zombie around the set, some pretty funny stuff. What makes me laugh the most is when they are dressed up in things like band uniforms or cheerleader suits. To funny! Real zombies would have the clothes fall off because they are cut in the back. Zombies have changed through the years, modern zombies started to be protrayed as "aware" early zombies were just not as bright. LOL! that made them funnier.
I want to see Zombieland!
Pagan, did you like 'Shaun of the Dead'? They obviously loved the Romero flicks and paid very respectable homage to the man.
I heard that Simon Pegg and Nick Frost (principle actors) were offered speaking parts in the most recent Romero flick as a thank you and they said, "No way - we wanna be zombies!" Pegg cameoed in Land.

I love Shaun of the Dead, one of my favorite movies. The movies he's done since then have been trash, hated "Hot Fuzz", but his role in the new Star Trek as Scotty was excellent.
The game Left4Dead takes the fact that zombies are slow and shuffling, and proceed to kick the living Hell out of it, turning them into rock-solid cannibalistic psychopaths with the supernatural ability to run real fast.
I like zombie movies, but dint watch this one, Night of the Living Dead.
But heard of this before, it seems as a good zombie one to see.
Does anyone here watched 'Doghouse' one of the classic zombie movie.
I love me some zombies...Day of the Dead is my personal favorite. Anyone see the E4 series Dead Set? Awesome.
