NLRB files complaint about Non Union facility in a different state

Long story Short the cocky unions in Washington have long been a thorn in the side of Boeing. Frequently causing delays in production. So Boeing builds another plant in South Carolina. Unions cry foul. I don't see any problem with what Boeing is doing. I damn sure think it's screwed up to wait till the plant is almost complete (17 months worth) to file a complaint. I think Boeing should just start builing the "788" in Charleston!!!

Boeing and the 787, Boeing created this mess even after being warned. Strange, they even admit. Now to see if they can get their shit back together again. I place the blame on both Boeing and the Union.

Seems to me that the AFL-CIO has to prove that the decision to locate the new plant in SC is a direct result of the issues between the Puget Sound machinists and the company. If it's not, they can't argue retaliation.

Even if it is retaliation, I beleive Boeing should be allowed to do it.

If companies can retaliate against union members just for bargaining (or just for belonging), what's the point of organizing a union in the first place? No, laws against companies' retalation make sense.
