How is Obama treading between the axis of evil lands, Iran and North Korea in stopping nuclear test or enrichment of uranium. I think Ms. Clinton is in Russia to get their support in asking to Iran to stop uranium enrichment. And, I do not know any progress is taking place with North Korea in this front.

My first guess is the current US administration lacks its firepower when it comes to foreign affairs. Sanctions alone won't help you to achieve all goals. Countries like Iran and North Korea had developed into great headache. With the patient approach of US government I won't be surprised if Venezuela successfully makes a nuclear bomb.
