Update on the Three [3] cases pending against Obama !!
One in Third Circuit Court of Appeals [Berg vs. Obama]- * * * Oral argument SCHEDULED end of May / beginning of June - waiting for exact date - this is case on "Standing !"
One case in District of Columbia Court of Appeals [Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama] - Interpleader case where retired Air Force Colonel wants to know, if recalled, does he obey a valid Order from a legitimate President or can he disobey an Order from a Usurper, a person Constitutionally ineligible to be President.
One case - "Under Seal" - cannot be discussed.

The charge that President Obama is not a native-born American citizen is so patently bogus and such a desperate diversion by (a) racists, (b) conspiracy-theorists and (c) sore losers from both parties that it's laughable. I don't believe the allegations, just as I don't believe in the extreme left's far out fantasy that 9/11 was an inside job perpetuated by the Bush Administration.

It's actually pushed by a sore Hillary supporter who was pissed that the Skank lost. True there are some right wingers who have jumped on board but the main force behind it is a Democrat/Democrats that are pissed that Obama won the DNC nomination.

I heartily agree. I really don't care what the underlying motive is; it could be bitter Hillary Clinton supporters who were unhappy that Obama beat their candidate, or ultra-conservatives who are bitter that he defeated McCain, or racists who are not willing to accept that Obama is the President of the United States. The whole "birther" conspiracy is bogus. Move on, move on!
